聚维酮碘泡腾片杀菌效果测定

Examination of germicidal efficacy of povidone iodine effervescent tablets

目的 :研究聚维酮碘泡腾片对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌效果。方法 :采用定量杀菌试验方法 ,用不同有效碘含量的样品溶液分别对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作杀菌试验。结果 :用2g/L有效碘溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用 1min ,白色念珠菌作用 6min ;1g/L有效碘溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 3min、大肠杆菌作用 1min ,白色念珠菌作用 6min ;0 .5g/L有效碘溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 3min、大肠杆菌作用 3min ,白色念珠菌作用 1 2min ,杀灭率均为 99.99%。其杀菌作用随着有效碘含量与作用时间增加而加强 ,有机物对杀菌效果有轻微影响。结论 :本品杀菌效果显著 。

Aim:To study the germicidal efficacy on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,and candida albicans of povidone iodine effervescent tablets. Method:Quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the efficacy of povidone iodine solutions containing different available iodine in killing staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli, and candida albicans, respectively.Results: Staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,and candida albicans were exposed to povidone iodine solutions with 2 g/L of effective iodine for 1 min, 1 min, and 6 min,respectivel;or to povidone iodine solutions with 1 g/L effective iodine for 3 min, 1 min,and 6 min, respectively; or to povidone iodine solutions with 0.5 g/L effective iodine for 3 min, 3 min,and 12 min, respectively, the germicidal rate were all 99.9%.The germicidal efficacy increased with increasing available iodine content and exposure time and it was also slightly influenced by increasing organic substance contents.Conclusion:Povidone iodine effervescent tablet has marked germicidal efficacy and is an ideal disinfectant.
