摘要
用免疫组织化学方法研究了热习服小鼠 4 2℃热暴露 5 0min恢复期 0~ 2 4h肝脏热休克蛋白 70(HSP70 )表达的动态变化及L 精氨酸干预的热处理小鼠 4 2℃热暴露 5 0min后恢复期 8h肝脏HSP70的表达。结果 :(1)HSP70主要定位于肝细胞质 ,细胞核中较少 ;(2 )HSP70在热应激后 8~ 12h达高峰 ;(3)
The location and dynamic expression of the hepar HSP70 of the acclimated mice, which were exposed at 42℃ for 50min and subjected to different recovery time (0~24h), were studied with immunohistochemical method.The expression of the hepar HSP70 of the mice pretreated with L aginine,which were subjected to the recovery time at 8h after exposed at 42℃ for 50min was also studied with the same method. The results showed that: (1)HSP70 was localized in cell plasma of hepatic lobule; (2) Synthesis of HSP70 reached the maximum value after recovery for 8~12h, (3) L arginine could strengthen the expression of the hepar HSP70 of the heat treated mice.
