摘要
目的 探讨急性脑梗塞急性期患者血浆P 选择素和血栓烷B2 (TXB2 )含量变化及相互关系的意义。方法 用ELISA法和放射免疫分析法分别检测了 5 0例急性脑梗塞急性期患者和 2 0例正常对照血浆P 选择素和TXB2 的含量。结果 患者血浆P 选择素含量明显高于正常对照组 (36 85± 8 76ng/Lvs 2 5 73± 6 4 4ng/L ,P <0 0 1) ,患者血浆TXB2 含量亦明显高于正常对照组 (119 6 4± 2 0 5 7ng/Lvs 76 92± 13 4 7ng/L ,P <0 0 1) ,且血浆P 选择素含量和TXB2 含量之间成明显的正相关性 (r=0 6 83,P <0 0 1)。结论 急性脑梗塞患者在急性期血小板功能处于活跃状态 ,可能与P 选择素和TXB2 升高有关 ,两者一起可能参与了ACI急性期的发病过程。这提示在ACI急性期的治疗中同时使用抗血小板的药物有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the significance of the change of plasma P selectin levels and thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) levels in the patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) during acute phase, and of the relationship between plasma P selectin levels and plasma TXB 2 levels in the patients. Methods The plasma P selectin levels in 50 patients and 20 health volunteers were measured by ELISA and plasma TXB 2 levels in 50 patients and 20 health volunteers were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The plasma P selectin levels in the patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (36 85±8 76ng/L vs 25 73±6 44ng/L,P<0 01) and plasma TXB 2 levels in the patients were significantly higher compare to those of the control group(119 64±20 57ng/L vs 76 92±13 47ng/L, P<0 01). In the patients with ACI during acute phase, there was positive correlation between plasma P selectin levels and plasma TXB 2 levels(r=0 683, P<0 01). Conclusions Platelet was in activation in the patients with ACI during acute phase because of P selectin and TXB 2 increased in patients′ blood. Both P selectin and TXB 2 may play important role in the processes of onset of ACI during acute phase. This is suggested that inhibiting activated platelet play very important role in the acute phage of ACI.
