可乐必妥治疗泌尿生殖道感染45例临床报告

Clinical Study of 45 Cases with Gravit Treatment for Genitourinary Tract Infection

应用可乐必妥治疗由淋球菌、衣原体和支原体所致的泌尿生殖道感染 4 5例 ,男性 37例 ,女性 8例。其中单纯淋球菌感染 12例 ,衣原体感染 18例 ,支原体感染 10例 ,衣原体和支原体混合感染 5例。 4 5例患者中 ,治愈 2 9例 ,其中男性 2 5例 ,女性 4例 ,治愈率为 6 4 4 %。显效 11例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 88 8%。四种病原体阴转率分别为 10 0 %、83 3%、70 %、6 0 %。用可乐必妥治疗泌尿生殖道感染具有疗效好、副作用少等优点 。

A group of patients with genitourinary tract infection caused by Conococcus, Chlamydia and Mycoplasma were treated by Gravit in our hospital. The group included 37 male and 8 female patients, with 12 simple Conococcus infection,18 Chlamydia and 10 Mycoplasma, and 5 with a combination of both Chlamydia and Mycoplasma infection. 29 out of 45 patients, including 25 male and 4 female, were cured and with a rate of 64 4%.Eleven were effective to the treatment and two were improved slightly. Three patients were not sensitive to the treatment. A total rate for an efficacious treatment was 88 8%. The free rates for the four bacteria were 100%, 83 3%, 70% and 60% respectively. The Gravit treatment for the genitourinary tract infection showed fairly well clinical outcomes with little side effects and deserved clinical promotion.
