肝癌瘤苗激活的TIL对原发性肝癌患者免疫功能的影响

EFFECTS OF IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION OF TIL STIMULATED BY LIVER CANCER VACCINES ON PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY LIVER CANCER

目的 :探讨经肝癌瘤苗激活的 TIL 对原发性肝癌 (下称肝癌 )患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :使用冷冻方法制成肝癌瘤苗 ,用于激活 TIL。并将经肝癌瘤苗激活的 TIL 用于 2 6例肝癌患者的治疗 ,检测治疗前后其 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4 / CD8比值 ,并与对照组相比较。结果 :应用经肝癌瘤苗激活的 TIL 治疗的肝癌患者 ,其 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4 / CD8比值明显升高 ,CD8则明显下降 ,经与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :应用经肝癌瘤苗激活的 TIL 治疗肝癌患者 。

Objective:To study the effects of immunologic function of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines on patients with primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods:The liver cancer vaccines were made by cryodestorying method.Twenty six patients with PLC were treated with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines. The CD3, CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 were assayed before and after the treatment.Results:The value of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in patients treated with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines were significantly higher, but the value of the CD8 was lower than that of the patients before treatment with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines.Conclusion:The treatment of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines can obviously enhance the immunologic function of patients with PLC.
