不同变形方式下稀土微合金化7085铝合金的组织与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同的变形方式下,添加微量稀土元素Sc的7085铝合金(Al-7.5Zn-1.5Mg-1.4Cu-0.15Zr)的组织与性能。方法 7085铝合金中加入0.15%的稀土元素Sc,采用轧制和多向锻造两种方法使其变形,最后用慢应变速率拉伸试验、光学显微、硬度和电导率测试等分析方法,研究变形后,Sc元素对7085铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果与未加入Sc元素的7085铝合金相比,7085-Sc合金的晶粒明显细化,在两种变形方式下,经过固溶和T6时效处理后,7085-Sc合金的显微硬度分别提高了21.4%和8.9%,抗拉强度分别提高了10.8%和5.4%,电导率略有降低。结论微量稀土元素对7085铝合金有着明显的细化晶粒作用,并且能大幅提高其综合性能。 Microstructure and properties of 7085 aluminum alloy with 0.15wt% rare earth metals Sc were investigated. Add minor of rare earth metals Sc to 7085 aluminum alloys,they were then through two different deformation such as rolling and multi-axial compression,finally effect of rare earth metals on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7085 aluminum alloy were investigated by slow strain rate testing,optical microscope hardness and electrical conductivity test. Compared to aluminum alloy without rare earth metals,minor addition of rare earth metals could obviously refine the grains,under two deformations and aging treatment,the alloy exhibited a higher hardness and strength,they were improved 21.4%and 8.9%, especially 10.8%and 5.4%. And the electrical conductivity was slightly lower. Minor addition of rare earth metals could obviously refine the grains of 7085 aluminum alloy and improve its properties.
