平面尺寸对网壳静力性能影响

摘要 应用MST结构设计软件,分析了结构平面尺寸分别为40m×40m、40m×64m、40m×80m正放四角锥双层柱面网壳的静力性能,通过对不同模型的用钢量、位移、杆件内力分析对比,讨论平面尺寸的变化对结构的静力性能的影响.分析结构表明,在矢跨比为1/6,厚跨比为1/20,柱截面(mm×mm)为500×700的参数情况下,平面尺寸变化对于杆件截面尺寸、用钢量、结构位移影响不大,对于结构下弦内力和结构边缘腹杆内力有一定的影响,建议工程实际中对这一部分加以重视. Application of MST structure design software,analysis of the structure plane size respectively40 m * 40 m,40m * 64 M,40m x 80 m is the static behavior of the square pyramid double- layer cylindrical latticed shell,by of different models with the amount of steel,displacement,internal forces of rod comparative analysis,to discuss the effects of plane size changes on the structure of the static performance. Structure analysis shows that with the rise to span ratio is 1 / 6,the thickness to span ratio is 1 / 20,column section( mm x mm)for 500 x 700 parameters,plane size change for sizes of member sections,using amount of steel,the displacement of structure has little effect and the structure bottom internal force and structural edge force of belly bar has certain influence,it is recommended practical engineering of this part to be attention.
