中国科学院技术物理所精密仪器减振方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济与科技的不断发展,日益增多环境干扰振动给精密仪器的正常工作带来诸多不便,如何根据地面振动的特性采取相应的隔振措施成为精密仪器隔振研究的热点.在众多的隔振措施中,隔振沟是一种常用的被动隔振方法.本次研究以中国科学院技术物理所精密仪器隔振前后振动情况对比为背景,阐述了其采用的隔振方式的隔振效果.然后以空沟、中砂填充沟为例,重点研究了隔振沟填充材料与沟深对隔振效果的影响. Within the development of economy and science,the disturbance to the instrument is rising.So,the effective methods to reduce vibration become more important. Among those methods,isolation trench is often used. This research is based on the site vibration test in the Chinese academy of science. Through the result of the first test,the frequencies of vibration that could influence the precision machine were found. And isolation trenches were used to reduce the vibration. Through the second site test,the effectiveness of the trenches was verified.
