美国高校思政工作载体研究以及对我国的启示

美国高校的思想政治教育工作一直以隐秘性、渗透性为特色,在公民教育、道德教育、政治社会化的名义下进行了大量的实质性的思想政治教育工作,收效明显。我国高校一直坚持显性思想政治教育工作,但是其收效仍有上升的潜质,建议结合美国高校思政工作经验,从思政理论课程、学生全面参与治校和校友工作常态化三个层面进一步巩固我国高校思政工作成效。

American colleges and universities ideological and political education work has been features a confidentiality,permeability in civic education,moral education,political socialization under the name of a large amount of material of ideological and political education work,are having a noticeable impact.Always adhere to the dominant thought political education work in colleges and universities,but there are still potential rise,its results suggested that combined with American college ideological instruction work experience,from the ideological theory course,the students fully involved in the school and alumni normalized three aspects to further consolidate the ideological work in colleges and universities.
