基于SWOT分析的财经类专业学位硕士研究生就业能力培养途径

本文基于SWOT模型分析了我国财经类专业学位硕士研究生就业竞争力,通过分析目前研究生培养现状,进而提出适合财经类专业学位研究生的就业能力培养途径。

This paper, based on the SWOT model, analyzes the degree of financial and economics in graduate employment competitiveness, through the analysis of current situation of graduate education, put forward suitable degree of financial and economics in the graduate student’s employment ability training.
