摘要
第一书记外嵌式治理模式在精准脱贫中取得一定成效。本文结合对深度贫困县的实地调研,分析外嵌式治理模式的必要性及现实困境,以期为打赢脱贫攻坚,推进乡村振兴提供参考。
The first secretary of the embedded over pattern obtained certain achievements in the precision of poverty.Based on the depth of the counties in the field of research,analysis of the necessity of the embedded over mode and practical difficulties,in order to win out of poverty,and provide reference for promoting rural revitalization.
