政府隐性知识共享存在障碍的原因分析及解决措施

知识转移的内涵就在于显性知识和隐性知识的相互转换。但是由于知识具有复杂性与不稳定性,所以使得知识管理在转化过程中还是存在着一些障碍。显性知识转化的障碍与隐性知识转化的障碍是知识管理在转化过程中障碍的两种表现形式。造成知识转移障碍的原因有很多,例如对于知识管理的不重视、知识管理系统不完善、知识学习交流设备缺乏等。政府需要根据障碍的不同特点,设计相应的制度和工具,使政府的知识更加有效的流动。

The connotation of knowledge transfer lies in the mutual conversion between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.However,due to the complexity and instability of knowledge,there are still some obstacles in the process of knowledge management.The obstacle of explicit knowledge transformation and tacit knowledge transformation is the two forms of knowledge management in the transformation process.There are many reasons for knowledge transfer disorder,such as the ignorance of knowledge management,imperfect knowledge management system,lack of knowledge learning communication equipment,etc.The government needs to design the corresponding system and tools according to the different characteristics of the obstacles so as to make the government’s knowledge more efficient.
