应用型“质量人才”培养模式改革探索——以南宁学院质量管理工程专业“1+3+N”人才培养模式为例

为满足广西"质量兴桂"战略转型对质量人才的需求,南宁学院以质量管理工程专业依托,为广西培养应用型质量人才。在人才培养改革实践中,围绕质检行业、企业职业需求,构建基于核心能力的"1+3+N"课程体系,实现"课程链"与"岗位链"相衔接;通过开放办学,依托企业资源开展产教融合协同育人。
