摘要
本文以江苏省4所高校为样本,基于ACSI模型并修订量表,结合高校就业指导服务实际情况展开研究。通过描述学生感知质量和感知价值,并探讨其与学生满意度间的关系来分析当前相关工作存在的问题,进而提出提高高校就业指导服务水平的建议。
The purpose of this study is to make the evaluation on employment guidance in colleges.The scale of our questionnaire is designed according to the ACSI model and maturity scale.Four universities in Jiangsu Province were selected to carry out empirical research.660 sample data were collected for sample analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,model estimation and test,model adjustment,and the relationship between variables in the study was obtained.In order to improve service levels,this study put forward several suggestions according to the research conclusion.
