民办高校大学生择业观现状调查与对策研究

引导大学生树立科学正确的择业观,是民办高校思想政治工作的重要内容,也是做好大学生就业创业工作的重要任务。以省内5所民办高校为例,基于调研和数据分析,较为客观的呈现当前民办高校大学生在择业认知、择业态度、择业取向和择业标准等方面的现状,并有针对性的提出教育引导的对策。

It is an important content of ideological and political work in private colleges and universities to guide college students to establish a scientific and correct view of employment,and also an important task to do a good job in college students’employment and entrepreneurship work.Taking five private universities in the province as an example,based on the investigation and data analysis,this paper objectively presents the current situation of private university students in the aspects of job selection cognition,job selection attitude,job selection orientation and job selection standards,and puts forward some countermeasures for education and guidance.
