摘要
对接我国战略支柱产业通信及信息类产业链及其需求,独立学院与中兴企业实行校企合作,采用产教融合模式共建通信信息类专业群,确立人才培养目标,深化教育教学改革,构建"五个对接"的人才培养模式,并以此为基础,建立了"高素质、重实践、强能力"的人才培养课程体系。通过全面推进和促成"五个对接",校企双方逐步走向深度融合,共同培养服务于通信信息行业、服务于地方社会经济建设的生产第一线应用技术型专门人才。
Docking with China’s strategic pillar industry of communication information industry and meeting its demand,an independent college cooperates with ZTE,adopts the teaching fusion mode to build the communication information professional cluster,stablishs the target of personnel training,deepens educational reform,and builds'five docking'talent training mode.Based on this,a curriculum system of'high quality,practice and ability'is established.The two sides gradually move towards deeper integration through comprehensive promotion of'five docking',and they will collectively train the application technology talents to serve the field of communication information industry and socio-economic construction.
