大理大学青年教师参加教学比赛的意义分析及效能探讨

For Dali University,it is very important to form a high quality teaching staff to improve the quality of school running.The proportion of young teachers in the teaching staff is increasing year by year.It is necessary and feasible to raise the teaching level of young teachers by'promoting education through competition'.Based on the analysis of the significance of Dali University’s young teachers participating in the teaching competition,this paper focuses on the effective strategies to improve their performance,so as to provide some argumentation and reflection on the necessity and effectiveness of Dali University’s young teachers participating in the teaching competition.
