摘要
毕业生就业质量是评价专业人才培养质量的重要指标。本文选取一所211高校公共管理学科的优势专业,采用线上问卷调查方式收集该专业15年毕业生的就业统计数据,用以研究该本科专业就业质量及其影响因素,以期为该专业教育教学改革、就业指导服务体系建设提供有益的借鉴与启示。
The quality of graduate employment is an important factor used to evaluate the quality of talents training on college majors.This paper selects an advantage major of public administration in one 211 university and collects employment statistics data in recent 15 years by questionnaire survey online.Based on the quality of employment and influence factor about this undergraduate major,the results are used to bring out some beneficial inspirations aimed to improve the service system of employment guiding and the reform of education and teaching.
