摘要
通过查阅资料、阅读文献等方式对中国高校毕业生就业与其专业匹配程度总体情况进行了调查研究,重点针对某高校化学学院13-17届毕业生就业去向与专业匹配问题,从宏观、微观角度分析就业和专业不相匹配的主要原因,并从"供""需"两方面提出建议。目的是使人才资源尽可能得到合理分配,发挥最大作用。
A survey is made on the overall situation of the matching degree of the employment of college graduates in China by consulting the information and reading the literature, and focusing on the problem of the match between the 13-17 graduates’ employment and the professional match. Therefore, two suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: 'supply' and 'need'.The purpose is to make rational allocation of talents resources and give full play to their functions.
