重庆市政府向社会组织购买养老服务的问题及对策研究

本文通过实地调研和访谈的形式对重庆市政府、社会举办以及老年人开展具体调研,进一步对重庆市政府在养老服务购买的过程中存在问题进行分析,的过程中所存在的问题,并从完善法律法规体系、加大政府购买力度、规范服务购买流程、健全监督评估制度等多个视角,提出一些不断改进下阶段重庆市政府向社会机构购置养老服务方法。
