沈阳市一线民警心理压力研究调查

目的:调查沈阳市一线民警心理压力状况以及不同警察群体心理压力的差异。方法:对沈阳市120名一线民警进行问卷调查,采用于俊杰编制的警察心理压力问卷和自编的一般情况调查问卷。结果:沈阳市一线民警的挫折压力和经济压力在性别上存在差异;挫折压力、时间压力、人际压力、经济压力在受教育程度上显著差异;组织压力、社会压力、人际压力和经济压力在警种上存在显著影响;挫折压力和人际压力在警衔上存在显著差异。结论:沈阳市一线民警心理压力普遍属于"压力中等"的范畴,经济压力和时间压力是其主要压力。

Objective:To investigate the stress of different kinds of Front-line police in Shenyang.With the tool,we can know about the police’s mental stress on base of the test scores.Methods Questionnaire among 120 policeman.Results By compared,the result shows that the police’s stress are different in education background,gender and police’s types.However there are some differences in some stress factors.The pressure of the front-line police in Shenyang generally belong to the category of'Medium pressure',economic pressure and time pressures are their main pressure.
