高校志愿服务常态化路径研究——以宁波南高教园区高校为例

志愿服务已经成为社会活动的主要组成部分,是现代社会文明进步的重要标志,是加强精神文明建设、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要内容。随着《志愿服务条例》的出台,高校志愿服务的发展日愈完善,但也存在对志愿服务培训的认识不足和多元化的志愿服务信息平台建设不完善等问题,阻碍着志愿服务常态化的进展。产生这些问题的原因主要是志愿者自我保障意识薄弱、高校志愿服务组织经费不足和高校志愿服务培训内容质量不高等,针对这些问题,经过问卷调研,笔者认为应从建立大学生志愿服务保障机制、加强高校服务培训力度、完善高校扶持机制和建立多元化的高校志愿服务信息平台等方面促进志愿服务常态化发展。

Voluntary service has become a major part of social activities and an important symbol of the progress of modern social civilization. It is an important content to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization, cultivate and practice the core values of socialism. With the introduction of the voluntary service regulations, the development of college volunteer service is improving, but there are also problems such as inadequate awareness of the training of volunteer service and the imperfect construction of the diversified volunteer service information platform, which hinders the progress of the normalization of voluntary services. The main reasons for these problems are the weak awareness of self-protection of volunteers, insufficient funds of voluntary service organizations in universities and the low quality of the training content of university volunteer service. Based on the questionnaire survey, the author believes that the normal development of voluntary services should be promoted from the establishment of college students’ volunteer service guarantee mechanism, strengthening the service training of colleges and universities, improving the supporting mechanism of colleges and universities, and establishing a diversified university volunteer service information platform.
