摘要
近年来,随着师范院校教学改革的深入,全方位提高教师培育品质并促进实践就业一体化,着重推动大学师范毕业生就业的急切需求。我校在师范专业建设过程中,国内外教师教育研究表明,实践性知识是教师为完成教育教学任务,不断增强师范生的创新和实践能力,进而为教育事业的发展奠定良好的基础。
In recent years, with the deepening of teaching reform in normal colleges and universities, we should improve the quality of teacher training and promote the integration of practical employment in an all-round way. Our school in the process of teachers’ professional construction, teacher education research both at home and abroad show that practical knowledge is a teacher for the education teaching task, strengthening students’ innovation and practical ability, and for the development of education to lay the good foundation.
