摘要
在对工商管理专业拔尖创新人才界定的基础上,总结了拔尖创新人才应具备的特征:品德高尚、功底扎实、创新精神、组织协调和创新实践能力。针对学术型拔尖人才和应用型拔尖人才的特点,构建了工商管理专业拔尖创新人才知识结构和能力构成树。在此基础上,分析了培养理念、培养目标、培养内容、培养过程和外部环境五个影响人才培养模式构建要素。从认知系统、操作系统和保障系统构建了工商管理专业拔尖创新人才培养模式。
Based on the definition of the top innovative talents of the business administration major, the paper sums up the characteristics of the top innovative talents, including the virtue, knowledge, innovation spirit, organization and coordination, practice ability. According to the characteristics, the paper builds the knowledge structure and abilities tree of the top innovative talents of the business administration major. The paper analyzes the five factors which affect the training mode, including training concept, training objectives, training contents, training process and external environment. Finally, the paper builds the training mode of the top innovative talents of the business administration major from the aspect of cognitive system, operation system and guarantee system.
