合力育人之家长沟通策略研究

在学生教育过程中,父母如何与老师沟通,是一个永远回避不了的问题。家庭教育是学校教育的最重要的辅助力量。没有家校之间良好的配合,家庭和学校的教育都可能陷入艰难困境。"一切为了孩子",只有与老师多沟通,我们的孩子才会更优良。只有沟通,才是解决问题的前题。合力育人是当代教育特别是技工教育必须重视的大问题!是符合技工院校学生的切实可行、确实有效的学生工作措施。我就此问题做了进一步的探索和研究,并从一个旁观者的角度,着重分析了作为家长,如何配合学校做好孩子的教育工作,针对家长方面提出了"合力育人"的对应策略。

In the process of student education,how parents communicate with teachers is an issue that can never be avoided.Home education is the most important auxiliary force for school education.Without the good cooperation between home and school,both home and school education may be in dilemma.'Everything is for children'.Only by communicating more with teachers can our children be better.Only communication is the premise to solve the problem.Efforts to cultivate people together are major issues that contemporary education,especially technical workers must pay attention to.It is a practical,effective and effective student work measure that meets the requirements of technical college students.I have further explored and studied this issue,and from an spectator’s point of view,I have focused on analyzing how parents,how to cooperate with the school to do a good job for children’s education,and put forward a corresponding strategy of'cooperative education'for parents.
