“红蓝域思维”视域下研究生培养模式创新研究

以"红蓝域思维"商业策略为指引,努力在研究生培养模式方面进行突破创新。创新源于对自身传统培养方式的反思,源于对国内外高校新模式的了解和借鉴。跨学科联合培养模式,校企、校所联合培养模式和校际联合培养模式是改革改进传统模式的可行方案。未来研究生培养不是单一模式的,而应该是多种模式混合,依据学科特点而定。

Guided by the'red-blue thinking'business strategy,it can strive to make breakthrough innovations in the graduate education model.Innovation stems from the reflection on its own traditional education methods.And it stems from the understanding and reference of new models at home and abroad.The interdisciplinary joint education model,the joint education mode between school and enterprise,and the joint education model between school and the inter-school,are feasible solutions for reforming and improving the traditional education model.In the future,postgraduate education is not a single model,but it should be a mixture of multiple models,depending on the characteristics of the discipline.
