摘要
在分析信息素养的内涵与构成的基础上,结合现代信息化战争的特点,制定了初级指挥员信息素养调查问卷。对调查问卷结果进行了详细的分析,指出了当前初级指挥人员信息素养存在的问题,并给出了信息素养培育的对策。
A questionnaire for information literacy of primary commanders has been maded on the basis of analyzing the connotation and composition of information literacy combining the characteristics of modern information warfare.The questionnaire results are analyzed in detail,existing problems of information literacy of junior commanders are pointed out,and Countermeasures for information literacy training are also given.
