贫困生心理健康教育新对策——“以赛促长”模式研究

随着社会经济快速发展,贫困生心理健康问题显得更为严峻,对其开展定期的且有效的心理辅导是高校学生管理工作的重中之重,也是促进贫困大学生全面发展,成长成才的重要保障。针对传统教育方式存在的局限性,本研究基于贫困大学生的心理特征,以积极心理学为导向,提出"以赛促长"的教育新对策,旨在使贫困大学生在新模式下提高心理素质,全面发展。

With the rapid development of social economy,the mental health problem of impoverished students is becoming more serious.Regular and effective psychological counseling for impoverished students is the most important task for the management of college students which is also an important guarantee for promoting the all-round development and growth of the poor students.In view of the limitations of the limitations of traditional education methods,this study is based on the psychological characteristics of impoverished college students and guided by positive psychology.It proposes a new educational strategy of'Growth in Competition'model in order to improve the psychological quality and make them have full development of impoverished undergraduates under the new model.
