摘要
目的:分析学生标准化病人(SSP)在诊断实验教学应用效果、认可度及综合能力。方法:择2015级临床医学类的148例专业学生资料,分研究组(74例),对照组(74例);对照组为传统教学方式,研究组为SSP教学模式,比对两组认可度和综合能力。结果:研究组认可度为94.59%(70/74)高于对照组71.62%(53/74)(P <0.05);综合能力评分对照组是(70.09±5.58)分低于研究组(91.35±5.76)分(P <0.05)。结论:学生标准化病人应用于诊断实验教学中,可提升学生的认可度和综合能力。
Objective:To analyze the application,recognition and comprehensive ability of SSP in diagnostic experiment teaching.Methods:148 students of clinical medicine in 2015 were selected,divided into study groups(74 cases)and control groups(74 cases);The control group was the traditional teaching method,and the research group was the SSP teaching model,comparing the recognition and comprehensive ability of the two groups.Result:Study Group approval was 94.59%(70/74)higher than control group 71.62%(53/74)(P 0.05);The control group of the comprehensive ability score was(70.09±5.58)less than the group(91.35±5.76)(P 0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized patient in diagnostic experiment teaching can enhance students‘recognition degree and comprehensive ability.
