摘要
随着航空业的快速发展,很多航空企业对于航空人才的需求越来越大,同时对于航空人员的素质要求也越来越高,这就需要有更高的教学水平和更好的教学方法。本文主要探讨了在航空教学中应用行为导向教学法,探究如何培养航空人才。
With the rapid development of the industry,many aviation enterprise demand for aviation talents is more and more big,and has higher requirement for the quality of the air,which requires a higher level of teaching and better methods of teaching.This paper mainly discusses the application of behavior-oriented teaching method in aviation teaching,and explores how to cultivate aviation talents.
