摘要
高校创新创业教育是我国实施创新驱动发展战略的重要一环。以我校粮食工程专业"方便食品加工"课程教学为例,形成以大学生"双创"为核心的"课前"线上教学资源自主学习、"课中"多元化组合式教学以及"课后"过程化综合性评价三位一体的全方位教学设计,构建本科生翻转课堂教育教学新模式,旨在强化大学生创新思维、创业意识及实践能力的培养。
University innovation and entrepreneurship education is a crucial cog in the process of China’s implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.The model of the flipped classroom of convenient food processingfor college students majored in Food Engineering was constructed to strengthen the cultivation of innovative thinking,entrepreneurial consciousness and practical ability,in which the Trinitariancomprehensive teaching design based on the double innovation for college students was characterized with independent learning of online teaching resources before class,diversified and integrated teaching in class,as well as comprehensive evaluation after class.
