大宣传格局下高校宣传工作合力机制建构原则及路径 被引量:5

摘要 高校"大宣传"理念的核心是立足高校全局,构建宣传工作合力,必须坚持政治原则、育人原则、开放融合和资源整合原则。基于此,高校必须构建合力组织架构,凝聚合力思想资源,形成大宣传合力共识;整合内容、平台、媒体和队伍等资源,构建立体化的新闻宣传生态体系;培养一支新闻宣传生力军队伍,将宣传与育人工作有机统一。 The core of the idea of'big publicity'in colleges and universities is to base on the overall situation of colleges and universities,and to build the synergy of publicity work,we must adhere to the principles of politics,education,open integration and resource integration.Based on this,colleges and universities must build the organization structure of synergy,pool the ideological resources of synergy,and form the consensus of synergy of publicity.Integrate resources such as content,platform,media and team to build a three-dimensional news propaganda ecosystem.We will train a contingent of new members of the press and publicity force to unify the work of publicity and education.
