摘要
加强公共部门人力资源管理,是促进公共部门人力资源能力和素质提升的重要途径。改革开放以来,我国公共部门人力资源管理机制创新取得了重要成就,但是也存在一些问题,主要体现为流动机制不健全、绩效考评机制不健全和培训机制不健全三个方面。分析存在的问题,有针对性地健全公共部门人力资源管理机制,有利于推进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。
