大学生创新训练与创新型科技人才培养模式探索

大学生创新训练环节是本科教学计划中的重要教学过程。本文基于创新型人才培养的思路,分析培养创新人才的意义,并且结合应用化学专业的大学生创新训练实践过程,就注重提高本科生的创新意识,创新精神,创新能力和创新人格进行研究。

College students’innovative training program is one of the most important sectors in higher education.The authors analyzed the meaning of innovative talents and put forward several effective ways to train innovative talents.At the same time of imparting knowledge,we must pay more attention to enhance their innovative consciousness,innovative spirit,innovative capability and innovative personality.
