新时代应用型本科高校辅导员素质建设

当前我国高等教育事业的不断发展,研究类大学与综合类大学,难以满足社会的多元化发展需求,应用型本科院校也应运而生。在新时期应用型本科院校写生课程设置与培养目标皆会发生转变,应用型本科院校的辅导员角色定位与素质要求方面也会产生较大的差异。辅导员是高校学生管理者,也是学生具体事务的执行者,是学生身心发展的辅导者,也是学生职业生涯的咨询者,具有众多的角色,所以辅导员的素质高低也影响着是否能够顺利实现应用型本科教育人才培养目标。所以本文在此背景下,简要分析新时代应用型本科高校辅导员素质建设,并提出具体的素质建设策略,希冀促进本科高校辅导员素质建设工作有序开展。
