高校多校区办学条件下涉农专业学生跨校区适应性研究

随着国家高校教育体制改革的深化,全国高校掀起了一股合并的热潮,逐步建成了一批规模庞大、实力雄厚、学科齐全的综合性大学,进而形成了"多校区高校"。在综合性大学中的涉农专业学生,有些高校的学生一直在分校区生活学习,有些高校的学生则是在主校区生活一年后再回到分校区。这不仅为高校学生管理带来了挑战,也为做好这部分大学生的跨校区适应性工作带来了难题。

With the deepening of the education system reform of national universities,there has been a upsurge of mergers among universities across the country,and a number of comprehensive universities with large scale,strong strength and complete disciplines have been built gradually,thus forming'multi-campus universities'.For students majoring in agriculture in comprehensive universities,students from some colleges and universities live and study in the campus area all the time,while students from some colleges and universities live on the main campus for one year before returning to the campus area.This not only brings challenges to the management of college students,but also brings difficulties to the cross-campus adaptation of these college students.
