高校辅导员与学生沟通的语言艺术研究

有效的语言沟通能促进高校学生管理水平的提高,利于全面增强人才培养工作的实际效果。辅导员须结合学生的心理需求与学生进行有效的正向沟通,才能促进辅导员教育管理工作的优化开展。本文从有效性沟通角度入手,阐释高校辅导员与学生沟通交流应把握的语言艺术,力求能进一步推动高校辅导员教育管理工作的改革开展。

Effective language communication can promote the improvement of the management level of college students,which is conducive to comprehensively enhancing the practical effect of talent training.The counselor must combine the students’psychological needs with the students to conduct effective positive communication in order to promote the optimization of the counselor’s education management.This paper starts from the perspective of effectiveness communication,explains the language art that college counselors and students should communicate with each other,and strives to further promote the reform of the education management of college counselors.
