适应创新型人才培养的创新平台新模式

本文针对"综合能力创新平台"构建的问题,分析国内外现状及发展趋势,探讨构建这一平台的支撑条件,研究构建这一平台的关键问题,提出创新型人才培养的"综合能力创新平台"的构建模式。这一平台依托传统工程训练,以资源共享的方式为"综合能力创新平台"提供基础条件,全方位、多层次为学生创新活动服务,以多种方式为综合能力创新平台提供师资力量,以"开放、共享"激发学生的创新精神。

The paper aims at construction of comprehensive ability innovation platform. The present situation and development trend in China and abroad has been analyzed. Supporting conditions are discussed to build this platform. The key issues of building this platform have been studied. The construction mode is put forward to cultivate innovative talents by comprehensive ability innovation platform. This platform provides the basic conditions for the 'comprehensive capability innovation platform' based on the traditional engineering training in the way of resource sharing. It serves the students’ innovative activities in all directions and levels, and provides teachers with a variety of ways for the comprehensive capability innovation platform to stimulate the students’ innovation spirit by 'open and shared'.
