摘要
教学实践课程是师范类院校培养教师专业技能的重要环节,本文结合学生顶岗实习活动中的问题梳理,从新疆高校师范生教学实践课程设置入手,就教学实践课程内容设置不合理、阶段过渡衔接不畅、教学实践课程硬件设施建设不力和师资队伍专业化水平有待提高等提出了对应的提升建议,以期提高教学实践课程的实效性,为解决顶岗实习教学活动中的具体问题提供一定的帮助。
The practice teaching course of normal university is an important link to cultivate teacher’s professional skills. Combining some problems in the teaching activities of students and starting from the practice teaching course of normal university students in Xinjiang. This thesis put forward some corresponding suggestions to solve problems such as unreasonable content and the unclear link of transitional stage etc.
