大学生心理健康教育创新模式研究

传统的心理健康教育模式无法适应快速变化的社会所带来的问题,无法有效解决大学生成才成长过程中遇到的心理问题,不能满足大学生日益发展的需求。因此,急需调整和创新大学生心理健康教育模式,才能使大学生心理健康问题得到改善。文章从创新大学生心理健康教育模式的必要性着手,探讨大学生心理健康教育模式创新的理论诉求,最后提出解决路径,对促进高校大学生心理健康教育工作有着重要的意义。

The traditional mode of mental health education can not adapt to the problems brought by the rapidly changing society,can not effectively solve the psychological problems encountered in the process of college students growing up,and can not meet the growing needs of college students.Therefore,it is urgent to adjust and innovate the mode of mental health education in order to improve the mental health of college students.Starting from the necessity of innovating the mode of psychological health education for college students,this paper probes into the theoretical demands of the innovation of the mode of mental health education for college students,and finally puts forward the solution path,which is of great significance for promoting the work of psychological health education of college students.
