摘要
社会发展和时代要求对高校英语专业学生的培养不仅仅局限于智力因素的开发,非智力因素对英语专业学生的成才同样至关重要。基于多元智能理论,对如何培养英语专业学生个人品牌竞争力提出了自己的看法。文章指出,多元智能理论指导下的英语专业学生个人品牌竞争力培养尊重了学生个体差异,可以充分发挥其智能优势,促进教师角色转变。
The development of society and times require that the cultivation of college English majors should not be limited to the development of intellectual factors,and non-intellectual factors are also crucial to their success.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences,the author puts forward his own views on how to cultivate the competitiveness of English majors’personal brand.The paper points out that the cultivation of English majors’individual brand competitiveness under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences respects students’individual differences,can give full play to their intelligence advantages and promote the transformation of teachers’roles.
