管理决策课程中“交叉效率方法”的教学探讨

交叉效率方法是一种使用比较广泛的管理决策方法,是数据包络分析方法(DEA)的一种拓展方法。然而与传统DEA方法相比,交叉效率方法的机制和模型更为复杂,学生很难快速掌握该方法的原理,进而限制该方法的灵活运用。本文在传统DEA和交叉效率理论方法的基础上,通过比较两种方法的优劣、评价机制、模型、案例和应用场景,加深学生对交叉效率方法的理解和运用。

The cross-efficiency method,an extension method of the data envelopment analysis method(DEA),is a widely used management decision-making method.However,the mechanism and model of the cross-efficiency method are more complicated than the traditional DEA method.Therefore,it is difficult for students to quickly grasp the principle of the method,making it difficult for students to use the method flexibly.Based on the traditional DEA and cross-efficiency theory methods,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,the differences in the evaluation mechanism,the differences of the models,the differences in case results and the differences in the application scenarios,so that students can better understand and apply the cross-efficiency method.
