摘要
艺术类专业大学生是较为特殊的专业群体,具有其独特的心理及行为特点。在日常教育管理中应根据其特点,围绕学生自主管理主线,充分发挥辅导员、班主任、专业教师及家长的作用,多方合力,共同做好学生教育管理工作,促进学生成长成才。
Undergraduates in art are special professional groups with unique psychological and behavioral characteristics.In the daily education and management,according to its characteristics,it should focus on the main line of students’selfmanagement,give full play to the role of counselors,class teachers,professional teachers and parents,and work together to do a good job in student education and management to promote students’growth.
