新时代高校思想政治理论课教师专业道德建设探析

目前高校思想政治理论课教师在专业道德建设方面存在相关理论研究滞后、师德规范的制定和执行机制不完善以及师德失范情况时有发生等问题。针对这些问题,提出在新时期加强高校思政课教师专业道德建设的建议,一要加强教师专业道德建设的理论研究,二要完善师德规范机制,三要提升教师专业道德建设的自觉性。

At present,the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities have problems in the development of professional ethics,the lag of the formulation of the ethical norms and the imperfect implementation of the teacher’s ethics,and the occurrence of teachers’morality.In response to these problems,it is proposed to strengthen the professional ethics construction of teachers in ideological and political courses in the new era.First,we must strengthen the theoretical research on the construction of teachers’professional ethics.Second,we must improve the teacher’s moral standardization mechanism.Third,we must improve the consciousness of teachers’professional moral construction.
