摘要
本文主要从辅导员工作实践出发,深入探讨辅导员参与大学生进行心理健康教育工作的现状、优势及策略,旨在为应对大学生错综复杂的心理问题时起到积极作用,同时也为辅导员思政工作上寻找科学方法。
Based on the work practice of counselors,this paper probes into the status quo,advantages and strategies of counselors’participation in psychological education work of college students,aiming to play a positive role in coping with the complex psychological problems of college students and find scientific methods for counselors’ideological and political work.
