民办高校校企深度融合共建联合教研室探微

本文以三江学院电子信息工程学院为例,探讨新时期民办高校办学过程中如何共建由校企双方人员组成的联合教研室,如何把高校教师培养成"双师型"教师及企业技改服务专家,把企业骨干工程师培养成能参与高校人才培养的实践教学能手,把二者优化为企业和高校共同需要的专家、师资团队,从而把学生培养成具有创新精神和工程实践能力的应用型本科人才。
