摘要
班级是大学生的基本组织形式,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的重要组织载体,高校班级建设的方法探索对于大学生成长与成才具有重要意义。本文通过分析高校班级建设存在的主要问题,结合实际,从辅导员管理、班级意识、班级制度、班级文化、班级干部等方面探究班级建设的主要方法。
Class is the basic organizational form of university students and important organizational carrier of university students’self-education,self-management and self-service.The exploration of university class construction is of great significance to the growth and success of university students.In this paper,the main problems of class construction in universities are analyzed.By combining with the reality,the main methods of class construction from counselor management,class consciousness,class system,class culture and class cadres are explored.
