“国培”项目县乡村美术教师培训问题的思考

本文试图从调查得到的S省乡村美术学科教师培训现状及存在的突出问题入手,剖析在"国培"项目县美术教师专业发展的现实需求,从而探索实现乡村美术学科教师专业化水平提高的策略。

This paper attempts to start with the investigation of the current situation and existing prominent problems of rural art teacher training in S province,and to analyze the actual needs for the professional development of rural art teachers in the'national training'project,so as to explore the strategies to improve the professional level of rural art teachers.
