校园文化建设视域下高校创新人才培养研究

高校的根本任务是培养人才,作为校园文化的策源地和创新型人才培养的主阵地,如何在校园文化建设视域下做好大学生创新素质培养研究已经成为其当下面临的新课题。本文从校园文化和创新素质涵义出发,系统地阐述了高校校园文化的内涵与功能,并对校园文化在培养创新型人才方面的诸多问题进行探讨,从而针对性地提出在新形势下加强校园文化建设、培养创新型人才的具体途径。

The fundamental task of colleges and universities is to cultivate talents.As the source of campus culture and the main front of innovative talent training,how to do a good job in cultivating college students’innovative quality from the perspective of campus culture construction has become a new task facing them at present.Starting from the connotation of campus culture and innovative quality,this paper systematically expounds the connotation and function of campus culture in colleges and universities,and probes into many problems of campus culture in cultivating innovative talents,so as to put forward specific ways to strengthen the construction of campus culture and cultivate innovative talents under the new situation.
