高校大学生就业压力日渐增大,就业市场呈现"两难"的局面。通过构建管理类大学生职业能力训练体系,打通专业教学与社会需求的"最后一公里",完善人才培养体系,围绕学生的就业去向——政、企、学、创四个方向,帮助学生顺利就业,提升学生培养质量。
